Mark A. Flannery, age 65, of Warren, Ohio, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away on May 2, 2024, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio. He was born October 1, 1958, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Kenneth R. and Helen L. (Panak) Flannery. Mark was a graduate of Lakeview High School and had lived in the Kinsman and Warren areas.
Mark was respected in his career as a security analytic consultant for many area banks. He started out at Mahoning Valley Bank in Kinsman followed by National City Bank and Key Bank in Cleveland. He moved on to work out of his home for IBM for many years and most currently had been employed by PNC Bank. Mark had a love for the outdoors with a passion for camping and hiking, especially in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
Mark is survived by his wife, Nancy L. (Noble) Flannery, whom he married November 1, 1989, of Warren; his son, Stephen Flannery of Niles, OH, son, Daniel (Racheal) Flannery of Warren, OH, his daughter, Lisa (William Duley) Flannery of Niles, OH; his parents, Kenneth and Helen Flannery of Warren, OH; his brother, Matthew Flannery of Fowler, OH, brother, Kenneth Flannery of Bazetta, OH; and his nine grandchildren, Trey and Soraya Flannery, Hunter and Holden Flannery, Maddison Ware DeJean, Logan, Lilith, Luke, and Hope Duley, and twin grandsons arriving soon.
A graveside service to honor and celebrate Mark's life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:30 AM at the All Souls Cemetery chapel, 3823 Hoagland Blackstub Rd., Cortland, Ohio.
