Mark E. Hudnall

Mark E. Hudnall, age 52, of Andover, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown,OH, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born March 11, 1957, in Columbus, OH, the son of Arthur R. and Laura (Kohl) Hudnall. Formerly of Cleveland, Mr. Hudnall was a 1975 John Marshall High School graduate, where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams. Upon graduating from high school, he played semi-professional football for the Cleveland Falcons. A long time Andover resident, Mr. Hudnall was a 27 year member of Laborers Local Union #860 out of Cleveland,OH. He was a man of varied interests including hunting, fishing, cooking, football, and socializing. He is survived by his wife, Kelly E. (Hawley) Hudnall, whom he married Nov. 22, 1980, of Andover; his two sons, Kristofer A. (Kristen) Hudnall of Erie, PA, and Bryan R. Hudnall of Andover; two granddaughters, Riley and Brooke; his mother, Laura Hudnall of Youngstown, OH; his five brothers, Tom (Marie) Hudnall of Florida, Keith (Bonnie) Hudnall of Parma, OH, Jeff (Ruth) Hudnall of Colorado, Kevin (Sue) Hudnall of Cherry Valley Township, OH, and Scott (Beth) Hudnall of Murfreesboro, TN; three sisters, Laurie (John) Hudnall of Niles, OH, Amy (Chad) Dunbar of Warren, OH, and Amanda (Dave) Kelly of Ashtabula,OH; and nieces and nephews, Brett, Mackenzie, Jon, Madison, Travis, Nick, Lauren, Jake, Aiden, Sarah, Leigh Anne, Sam and Taylor. He is preceded in death by his father and nephew, Austin Dowdy. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, August 4th from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
