Martha L. Bartak

Martha L. Bartak, age 85, of Middlefield, OH, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Briar Hill Health Care Residence. She was born April 17, 1924 in Jamestown, PA, the daughter of Burton E. and Clarice (Brown) Eastlick. Formerly of Bedford, Ohio, Mrs. Bartak had been a long time resident of Kinsman, OH. In the 1940s Mrs. Bartak was employed as a supervisor with the telephone company; and was also employed by the Dana Cafeteria and Klingensmith Bakery in Warren, OH. She attended the Kinsman Presbyterian Church for many years where she was active with the Bazaar. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Jeff) Peters of Warren, Ohio; two granddaughters, Holly McGinnis and Christine Patterson; and one great grandchild, Cameron M. McGinnis. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Calvin F. Bartak, whom she married Feb. 26, 1958. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010, at 1:00 P.M. at the Kinsman Cemetery Chapel, Church St., Kinsman,OH, with Rev. Larry Myers officiating.
