Mary A. Fisher, age 84, of Lawton, Oklahoma, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at McMahon-Tomlinson Nursing Center in Lawton. She was born December 18, 1930, in Lewiston, Montana, a daughter of Forbes and Annie (Watt) Leslie. A former long time Gustavus resident, Mrs. Fisher had lived in Oklahoma for the past 4 years. She was a 1948 graduate of Billings High School in Billings, Montana. She married her husband, Donald D. Fisher, Sr., on January 31, 1954. Mrs. Fisher was employed by Cortland Bank for over 20 years; and also for Mahoning Bank/Sky Bank where she retired in 2003. She was a member of the Gustavus Federated Church; and the Burdette EdgarTotten VFW Post #6263 Ladies Auxiliary in Gustavus. She enjoyed gardening, reading, crocheting, knitting, and embroidery. Mrs. Fisher is survived by her daughter, Linda Ann (Paul) Wetmore of Lawton, OK, daughter, Shirley J. (William) Johnston of Olympia, WA, her son, Donald D. Fisher, Jr. of Denver, CO; her sister, Helen N. Bryson of Billings, MT; 4 Grandchildren; and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1986; and her parents. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 6, 2015, at 1:00pm at Gustavus Cemetery Chapel, St. Rt. 193, Gustavus township, Ohio, with Rev. Ronald Spore officiating.
