Mary E. Madison

Andover, Ohio - Mary E. Madison, age 89, died on Friday, January 28, 2011, at the Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born on March 1, 1921, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Celia A. (Elmer and Thomas Richards. On February 14, 1942, she married Robert L. Madison. Formerly of Hartford, Ohio, Mrs. Madison belonged to the Hartford Grange. She was an Andover resident since 1997. Mrs. Madison enjoyed reading, baking, knitting, crocheting and making crafts. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Richards. Survivors include her husband of sixty-eight years, Robert L. Madison of Andover, Ohio and son Richard Garringer of Hartford, Ohio. Private services were held by the family.
