Marykay Shetler

MARYKAY (VIROSTEK) SHETLER, age 54, of 8450 Ridge Rd., Williamsfield, Ohio, died Saturday, December 31, 2005, at University Hospitals of Cleveland. She was born January 14, 1951 in Cleveland, OH, to John M. and Genevieve M. (Bowser) Virostek. Mrs. Shetler was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and playing games with her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Shetler, Sr., whom she married July 22, 1970; her son, Robert L. (Michelle) Shetler, Jr. of Conneaut, OH, daughter, Genevieve M. Shetler of Pierpont, OH, daughter, Barbara A. (Harry) Hammer of Kingsville, OH, daughter, Lisa M. (Robert) Huscroft of Kinsman,OH, son, Andrew J. Shetler of Williamsfield,OH; 13 grandchildren, Robert III, Raymond, Ashley, and Amanda, Donald, Marykay, Genevieve, and Emily, Kayla, Katelynn, and Harry, Jr., and Robert, Jr. and Brianna; four sisters, Genevieve Virostek of Cleveland, OH, Gloria Hutchinson of Florida, Barbara Lambert of Kentucky, and Veronica Dauerman of Columbus,OH; and two brothers, John Virostek of Lyndhurst, OH, and Barry Virostek of Chardon,OH. She is preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Phillip Virostek. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, St. Rt. 7 S, Andover, OH, with Rev. David Misbrener officiating. Burial will follow in Cherry Valley Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, January 4th from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, Ohio.
