Mary Lou Gantz

Mary Lou Gantz, age 83, of Youngstown, Ohio, died Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Northside Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. She was born October 27, 1932, in Conneaut, Ohio, a daughter of Mildred (Messenger) and Ezekiel W. Reese. Mrs. Gantz was a 1951 graduate of Hubbard High School. Formerly of Arcadia, California and Hermitage, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Gantz was a resident in Ohio the past few years. On January 29, 1955 she married Paul Joseph Gantz. She enjoyed going to craft shows, reading and spending time with her family. Mrs. Gantz is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of fifty-six years, Paul Joseph Gantz, who passed away on May 12, 2011. Survivors include her two sons, Pastor Chuck T. Gantz of Cortland, Ohio, and John S. Gantz of Niles, Ohio; four grandchildren, Boyce, Nina, Taylor, and Hannah and three great grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
