Nancy A. Creed

Nancy A. Creed, age 72, of Conneaut, OH, died Monday, May 19, 2014, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center. She was born January 16, 1942, in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of Edward and Willa (Miles) Harrison. A former long time resident of Xenia, OH, Mrs. Creed lived in Conneaut for the past year. She was employed as a legal assistant and office manager for several law firms over many years. In her younger years she was active in the Eastern Star, Cub Scouts, and 4-H. She was an avid photographer and loved to paint, especially landscapes. Mrs. Creed especially loved her two dogs, Sami and Sofi. She married William A. Creed, Sr., on June 6, 1959; and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2007. She is also preceded by her parents. She is survived by her two sons, William A. (Becke) Creed, Jr. of Andover, OH, and Michael (Jolene) Creed, Sr. of Andover, OH; four grandchildren, Kelley Creed, William (Nicole) Creed III, Michael Creed, Jr., and Daniel (Laura) Creed; five great grandchildren, Amaya, Aubree, Liam, Christian, and Alexandria; and two sisters, Marti Hart and Billie Skivington, both of New York. Private services will be held for the family. Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover.
