Olivia L. Billig

Olivia L. Billig, age 65, of Andover, Ohio, died Friday, November 6, 2015, at the Andover Village Retirement Community. She was born February 22, 1950, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of John and Sara L. (Davis) Meredith. A resident of Andover for the past two years, Mrs. Billig was formerly of Niles, OH. She was a graduate of West Middlesex High School in Pennsylvania. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she served as president of her sorority. Her hobbies included playing bingo. Mrs. Billig married Edward M. Billig on November 17, 1973, and he preceded her in death on April 23, 2015. She is also preceded by her parents; and one brother, Charles Meredith. She has no surviving family. Mrs. Billig will be cremated and no services held.
