She was born on April 11, 2016 in Farrell, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Nicole Renee (Brown) and Anthony Jack Patterson. Paisley is preceded in death by her maternal grandpa, Alexander "Lex" Brown. Survivors include her parents, Nicole & Anthony Patterson of Kinsman, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Vicki L. Fonner & David Joseph of Niles, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Karen & William Patterson, III of Greenville, Pennsylvania; uncle, William Patterson, IV of Greenville, Pennsylvania; aunt, Marissa L. Brown of Niles, Ohio; maternal great grandma, Rita Croft of Kinsman, Ohio; paternal great grandma, Virginia Marsteller of Transfer, Pennsylvania' paternal great grandpa, William Patterson, Jr of Transfer, Pennsylvania and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
