Rachel K. Goss

Rachel K. Goss, age 78, of Kinsman, OH, died Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, OH. She was born February 4, 1937, in Masury, OH, a daughter of Ford O. and Florence E. (Jones) Baxter. A long time area resident, Rachel was employed as a customer service representative for Mahoning Bank in Kinsman for 37 years. She was a member of the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, where she served as treasurer. Rachel's hobbies included sewing, reading, and knitting. She enjoyed walking and she loved her pets. Rachel is survived by her son, Colin L. Goss of Kinsman,OH; her daughter, Sherry L. Jewell and Nelson Welch of Kinsman,OH; her four grandchildren, Jessica L. Gholston of New Orleans, LA, Joshua (Jessica) Marshall of Kinsman, OH, Jeremy Brown of Kinsman,OH, and Teagan Jewell of Kinsman,OH; and her great grandson, Jase Brown of Kinsman, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ford Eugene Goss; a brother, Ford B. Baxter; and an infant brother. A private graveside service will be held for the family in Brookfield Cemetery.
