Ralph L. Dreis

Ralph L. Dreis, age 58, of Andover, OH, died Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Andover Village Retirement Community. He was born September 16, 1946 in Cleveland, OH, to Henry and Hattie (Yurkschatt) Dreis. Mr. Dreis was formerly of Wickliffe, OH, and has lived in Andover for the past 13 years. He was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps. during the Vietnam War. Mr. Dreis was a factory worker and had worked in numerous factories. He married Ellen (Pluta) on June 22, 1991. Mr. Dreis was a member of the Andover Area VFW. He is survived by his wife, Ellen of Andover; son, Randy Dreis of Chesapeake, VA; daughter, Jennifer Gembarski of Euclid, OH; son, Brian Dreis of Concord, OH; and 5 grandchildren. Mr. Dreis was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert Dreis. Mr. Dreis will be cremated. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH is handling the arrangements.
