Ralph Albert Isbestor

Williamsfield, Ohio - Ralph A. Isbestor, age 90, died on Wednesday, January 4, 2012. He was born on April 30, 1921, in Windsor, Ohio, the son of Anna Lorhea (Wiswell) and Peter Peterson Isbestor. Mr. Isbestor was a 1938 graduate of Windsor High School. He earned his Bachelor's degree in accounting from Duke University. Mr. Isbestor was an accountant for LTV Steel in Cleveland for over thirty years and retired in 1982. On October 28, 1978, he married JoAnn Kelley. He was a 33 degree Master Mason with the Thather Lodge F & A.M. Mr. Isbestor volunteered his time at Euclid General and Lake East Hospitals for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, JoAnn Isbestor; his son, William McFarland and a brother, Thayne Isbestor. Survivors include his daughter, Kay L. (John) Harrington of Andover, Ohio; a son, Gary A. Isbestor if Columbus, Ohio; six grandchildren, Stephanie, David, Jeremy, Mark, Raymond and Ashley; a great granddaughter, Kendra J. Cefaratti and a sister-in-law, Nancy Isbestor of Euclid, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at a later date in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio.
