Richard O. Brown

Richmond, Ohio- Richard Oslen Brown, age 59, died on Saturday, March 20, 2010. He was born May 10, 1950 in Webster Springs, West Virginia, the son of Frank Luther and Hattie Mae (Lesson) Brown. He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Grover Charles and Robert Lee; two sisters, Mary Jane (Brown) Barnhart and Betty Lou (Brown) Short. Mr. Brown is survived by two sons, Jeffrey L. Brown of Evington, Virginia and Scotty J. Brown of Conneaut Ohio; two grandson Scotty Brown Jr. and Christopher Brown of Richmond Ohio; two brothers, Paul Brown of Madison Ohio, and Dewey Short of Braxton Co., West Virginia; a sister, Joyce (Brown) Railback of Texas; adopted famliy Melissa Henry, Richard O. Robson and Justina Rerko. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:00am at Andover Christian Church on Stillman Avenue with Rev. Robert Gears.
