Robert W. Rogos

Robert W. Rogos, age 84, of Johnston Township, OH, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2006 at his home. He was born September 24, 1922, in Newton Falls,OH, to John and Josephine (Cheslock) Rogos. A resident of Johnston for the past 35 years, Mr. Rogos was formerly of Newton Falls,OH. He was a graduate of Vienna High School; and was self employed as a carpenter all of his life. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Rogos is survived by his wife, Shirley A. (Miller), of Johnston Township; his son, David Rogos, and daughter, Telina Fuchs, both of Johnston; six grandchildren, Ashley and Sonny Kuzmick, Adam Fuchs, Brian, Natasha, and Angel Rogos, all of Johnston; and one brother, Donald Rogos of Brockway, PA. He is preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, St. Rt. 87, Kinsman,OH, with Rev. Kevin McCaffrey officiating. Burial will follow in Johnston Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday, December 8th from 6 to 9 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman,OH.
