Robert O. Rosier,

Robert O. Rosier, Sr., age 77, of Farmdale, OH, died Sunday, October 18, 2009, after a five month battle with esophageal cancer. He was born May 8, 1932, in Tunnelton, WV, the son of Orval R. and Mildred (Maxwell) Rosier. Mr. Rosier came to Ohio in April of 1953 and was employed by Kraft Foods for forty years retiring in 1994. He was a member of the GKL Hunting Club in Mingo Junction, Ohio; and his hobbies included hunting, fishing, bowling, golfing, and boating. Mr. Rosier is survived by his wife, Sandra K. (Fox) Rosier, whom he married July 2, 1977, of Farmdale; his son, Robert O. (Barb) Rosier, Jr. of Southington, OH; his daughter, Barbara (Harold) Tryon of Bazetta Township, OH; his daughter, Denise (David) Cline of Kinsman,OH; his brother, Paul William (Carol Sue) Rosier of Kingwood, WV; his five grandchildren, Nick & Jonathan Rosier, Tyler, Travis, and Joshua Cline; and one great grandson, Trenton Rosier. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Carl Rosier. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wildare United Methodist Church Family Life Hall, 7211 North Park Extension, Champion Township, OH, with Rev. Doug Rosier officiating. The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service.
