Roland M. Totten

Kinsman, Ohio ROLAND M. TOTTEN, age 92, died Friday, January 18, 2008, at his home in Kinsman, Ohio. Mr. Totten was born on November 18, 1915 in Gustavus Township, Ohio, to Burdette E. Totten, Sr. and Jennie Mae (Risley) Totten. A lifetime area resident, Mr. Totten was a 1933 graduate of the Gustavus Centralized School. He was founder and chairman of the Andover Pattern Company in Andover, Ohio. Mr. Totten was a member of the Kinsman Presbyterian Church and served as a Kinsman Township Trustee for 19 years. He was also a member of the Trumbull County Basketball Officials Association for over 20 years. Mr. Totten married his wife, Pauline A. (Job) on June 21, 1946. She died on Jan. 13, 2006. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Janet L. Totten in 1954, a son, Thomas D. Totten in 2001, and two brothers, Burdette E. Totten, Jr. and O.C. Totten. He is survived by one granddaughter, Jami Totten of Chicago, IL, one grandson, Kris Totten of Tampa, FL, and family including Bob and Ruth Smith, Bill and Marian Hecker, and Margaret and Lloyd Arnold. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 22,2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, Ohio with Rev. Larry A. Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Kinsman Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 11 A.M. until the time of service. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, P.O.
