Scott E. Thorn

Scott E. Thorn, 21 years old, of Burghill, Ohio, died on Thursday, March 25, 2004, in South Pymatuning Township, PA. Scott was born on December 24, 1982, in Warren, Ohio, to Gregory A. Thorn and Darlene s. (Weigle) Thorn. A lifelong resident of Burghill, Ohio, Scott was a 2001 graduate of Joseph Badger High School. He was attending Kent State University, Trumbull Campus, and he enjoyed bowling, playing pool, riding four wheelers, and spending time with his family and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Walter and Anna Baldauf, Joseph and Virginia Thorn, Loyal and May Weigle, and Delbert Osborne. He is survived by his parents; Gregory A. Thorn of Burghill, OH; and Darlene S. (Weigle) Thorn of Burghill, OH; his brother, Christopher G. Thorn of Burghill, OH; his grandparents, George and Judy Thorn of Bristolville, OH; his grandparents, Alvin and Joan Weigle of Cortland, OH; his great grandmother, Harriet Osborne of Warren, OH; three uncles and one aunt. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 29, 2004, at 11:00a.m. at West View Cemetery, Vernon, Ohio, with Reverend Fred Keener officiating. Calling hours will be held at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio, on Sunday, March 28, 2004, from 5:00p.m. until 8:00p.m.
