Sharon L. Haas

SHARON L. HAAS, age 61, of Wayne Township, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at her home. She was born August 23, 1944 in Austintown,OH, to Gene and Shirley (Cramer) Smith. Formerly of Austintown,OH, and Florida and Texas, Mrs. Haas was a 1962 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She was a homemaker and especially loved being a grandmother. Mrs. Haas is survived by her son, Jeff (Vicki) Thompson of Wayne Township, OH, son, Kevin Thompson of Villages, FL, daughter, Traci Thompson of Wayne Township,OH, and son, Scott Thompson of Conroe, Texas; her father, Gene Smith of Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren, A.J., Christy, Cameron, and Nicki Thompson; her brother, Eric Smith of California; cousin, Cheryl Bragiel of Crete, IL; her first husband, Ronald Thompson of Austintown,OH; and three nieces, Holly, Heather, and Heidi. She is preceded in death by her mother and a grandson, Matthew Thompson. Mrs. Haas will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held in the Spring.
