Sidney F. Cross

Sidney F. Cross, age 85, of Jamestown, PA, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at St. Paul Homes in Greenville, PA. He was born July 9, 1926, in Birmingham, England, the son of Sidney and Florence (Ketch) Cross. Mr. Cross was formerly of Willoughby Hills and Cleveland. He was employed by Jergens Tool Co. in Cleveland for many years. Mr. Cross was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed doing yard work. Mr. Cross is survived by two sons, Ted Cross of Euclid, OH, and Randy Cross of Painesville, OH, and one daughter, Cindy Cross of Euclid,OH. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Gertrude Hudson and Irene Finnemore. Mr. Cross will be cremated with no services being held. His cremated remains will be buried in England.
