ANDOVER-Thomas William Thompson, Sr., 55, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Cleveland Clinic.
Born March 5, 1968, in Greenville, PA, he was a son of the late Jack Kent and Nancy (Martin) Thompson, Sr. A resident of Andover for most of his life, Tommy was a 1986 Graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School.
In his spare time, he enjoyed crafting, dancing, fishing and lending a hand to whoever needed it. Tommy loved music, he was often seen supporting local music festivals, where he's better known as "Charlie Brown." He cherished the company of his K-9 companion, Luna, his “rotten-beagle.” Above all, he valued the time spent with his kids, grandkids, and friends.
He is survived by his two sons, Thomas Thompson, Jr. (fiancée, Haleigh Pavlovski) and Todd (Allison) Thompson; two grandchildren, Elon and Quill Thompson and his brother Jack Kent Thompson, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 11AM-1PM on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, OH 44003. No formal services will be held.
