Thomas J. VanKanegan, age 59, of Kinsman,Ohio, died Friday, November 25, 2011, at University Hospital in Cleveland,OH. He was born February 18, 1952, in Warren, Ohio, a son of Roy W. VanKanegan, Sr. and Henrietta (Agema) VanKanegan. A lifetime Kinsman resident, Tom was a 1970 graduate of Joseph Badger High School. He owned and operated a dairy farm for many years; and was most recently employed at Kraftmaid in Middlefield. He was formerly employed by Western Reserve Farm Co-Op in Andover. Tom is survived by his wife, Eleanor R. "Ellie" (Woods) VanKanegan, whom he married January 3, 1981, of Kinsman; his three sons, Steven (Vickie) VanKanegan of Farmdale,OH, David VanKanegan and Robert VanKanegan, both of Kinsman; his grandson, Eric Champ of Farmdale; his parents, Roy and Henrietta VanKanegan of Kinsman; his brother, Roy VanKanegan, Jr. of Warren,OH; and four sisters, Joan Robinson of Ashtabula, OH, Brenda VanKanegan of Portland, OR, Diane Latronica of Niles, OH, and Nancy Charles of Niles,OH. A Celebration of Tom's life will be held on Monday, November 28, 2011 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Bronzwood Golf Club, 9645 Kinsman Pymatuning Rd., Kinsman, OH.
