Tim L. Colwell

TIM L. COLWELL, age 51, of Monroe, NC, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte,NC, due to an extended illness of cancer. He was born May 12, 1956, in Warren, Ohio, the son of George J. Colwell and Ethel (Logan) Colwell. Formerly a long time resident of Windsor, Ohio, Mr. Colwell attended Grand Valley Schools. He was employed at Chardon Rubber Company for 29 years. Mr. Colwell had lived in North Carolina for the past year. His hobbies included motorcycling. He is survived by his son, Chuck Colwell of Kentucky; mother, Ethel Colwell, of Wingate, NC; two brothers, Dale (Barbara) Colwell, of Monroe,NC, and Allan (Christine) Colwell, of Bluffton, IN; 2 grandchildren; 4 nieces and 1 nephew; 3 great nephews and 1 great niece. He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Donna Colwell. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman,OH. Burial will follow in Gustavus Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday from 10 AM until the time of service.
