Timothy M. Pearce

Timothy M. Pearce, 34, of 8468 State Road, Kinsman, Ohio, died at his home on Tuesday, November, 18, 2003, following a 2 year courageous battle with brain cancer. He was born on March 4, 1969, in Greenville, PA and was the son of Harold W. and Margaret (Miller) Pearce of Burghill, Ohio. Tim was a resident of Kinsman for the past 5 years. He was a 1987 graduate of Joseph Badger High School and graduated in 1992 from Kent State University with a degree in geology and was where he met his future wife. Tim married Dianne Jepson on October 7, 1995. He worked as a project manager for Abcon/Triad Inc. of Youngstown for 3 years until the time of his illness. He was a lifelong member of Vernon United Methodist Church, where he was a trustee and taught adult Sunday School. Tim enjoyed operating heavy equipment, camping, hiking, car & tractor restoration and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Mahlon & Cortelle Pearce and his maternal grandparents Julius & Grace Miller. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dianne J. Pearce of Kinsman, OH; his son Logan and daughter Meghan of Kinsman, OH; His father Harold Pearce and mother Margaret (Miller) Pearce of Burghill, OH; his uncle, Gene Pearce of Lorain, OH, his aunt Janice Pearce of Lorain, OH; his Aunt Mary Ramos of Hartford, OH; his Aunt Martha Laslo of Sharon, PA; and cousins, Miguel Ramos, Robin McFall, Amy Wavada, Keith Laslo, David Pearce, Doug Pearce, Cheryl Minotti. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2003, at Vernon United Methodist Church, 6123 St. Rt. 7 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Erwin M. Urschitz officiating. Burial of cremated remains will follow in Kinsman Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 21, 2003 at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St. Kinsman, from 2p.m. until 4p.m. and from 6p.m. until 9p.m.. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
