Wayne A. Collins

Vernon, Ohio - Wayne A. Collins, age 49, died on September 9, 2008 at his residence. He was born on January 18, 1959 in Yardley, Pennsylvania the son of Harold D, and Jean C. (West) Collins. Wayne was a 1977 graduate of Joseph Badger High School. He was currently employed with Extreme Machine as a millwright in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. His passion was riding his vintage Harley-Davison. Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Harold D. Collins. Survivors include his mother Jean C. Collins of Vernon, Ohio; a son, Sgt. Richard J. Rodgers of the United States Marine Corp.; a sister, Diane E. (Michael Burnfield) Wajda, of Farmdale, Ohio; a brother, Leigh K. Collins of Hartford, Ohio; a grandson, Dane J. Rodgers; a nephew, Zachary A. Wajda and his beloved black lab Harley. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio, with Rev. Jeffrey Coggins officiating. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
