WILLIAM H. "BUD" JONES, an Andover, Ohio resident since 1925, died Thursday, November 4, 2004, at St. Paul Homes Health Center in Greenville, Pa. He was born on May 28, 1917 in Washburn, Illinois to Paul and Mary (House) Jones. He Served in the Army Air Corps during World War II serving in England and France. Mr. Jones worked as a meat cutter at the former A&P in Andover, and then at the former Stop and Shop in Jefferson, retiring in 1983. He enjoyed driving the rural roads in search of "critters" to watch, his morning coffee at Steve's Diner, and golf. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather-Ernest Taylor, sisters-Helen Jones. Fae Sanders, and Arda Stief, and brother-Dean Taylor. Mr. Jones is survived by brothers-Robert and Darl Taylor, sisters-Betty Blackmore and Carol Vogler, nieces-Mary Sanders and Lynda Glugover, great niece-Laurie Bognar, and great nephew-Brad Heath.
