William Michael Kemp

Andover, Ohio - William Michael Kemp, age 45, died on Thursday, April 4, 2019, unexpectedly at his home. He was born on October 3, 1973 in Warren, Ohio, a son of Deborah L. (Simon) and John Troyer, Jr. and William Roger Kemp. Mike was a 1993 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School. He formerly worked for Welded Tubes of Orwell, Ohio. Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren and family and loved his dogs. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harley & Shirley Simon and Marian & Roger Kemp and an infant brother, Billy Kemp. Survivors include his two daughters, Caragan Michelle (Brent) Ferguson of Orwell, Ohio and Cassidy Lynn (Shane Campbell) Kemp of Andover, Ohio; his parents, Debbie and John Troyer, Jr. of Williamsfield, Ohio; his father, Bill (Linda) Kemp of Geneva, Ohio; his longtime companion, Nancy A. Whitacre of Andover, Ohio; a sister, Amy Jo (Shawn) Hurst of Andover, Ohio; two brothers, Matthew S. Kemp of Rome, Ohio and John B. (Carla Whitley) Troyer of Wayne, Ohio; granddaughter, Cooper; grandson, Oliver and one more on the way. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
