WILLIAM F. KING, age 66, of Orwell, Ohio, died Sunday, October 21, 2007, at his home. He was born July 13, 1941, in Pine Bank, Pennsylvania, the son of Arnold and Ardeth (Kiger) King. Formerly a long time Williamsfield resident, Mr. King had lived in Orwell for the past two years. He was employed by and was a union official for General Motors in Warren, OH for thirty years, retiring in 1995. Mr. King was a member of the Grand Valley Baptist Church; and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Andover. His hobbies included camping and hunting. Mr. King is survived by his wife, Anna L. (Kirk) King, whom he married September 3, 1963, of Orwell; three sons, Billy of Orwell, Wesley (Sue) of Orwell, and Ben of Warren, OH; two daughters, Angela of Butler, PA, and Sherrie of Rome, OH; a sister, Carolyn (Dave) Simpson of Newton Falls, OH; 11 Grandchildren; 2 step Grandchildren; and 6 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH. Burial will follow in Rome Township Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, October 24th from 1 to 3 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
