William C. Rappach, age 59, of Williamsfield, OH, died Saturday, March 7, 2009 at his home. He was born April 13, 1949, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Charles and Susan Rappach. A long time Williamsfield resident, Mr. Rappach was formerly of Vienna. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He loved to fish; and owned and operated Bill's Bait and Tackle Shop in Williamsfield for many years. He was a member of the Pymatuning Community Church in Andover; and he served as a foster parent for twelve years. Mr. Rappach is survived by his wife, Jacqueline C. (Jarvis) Rappach, of Williamsfield; two daughters, Heidi and Heather; a step son, Ronald Fratoe of Burton,OH; a step daughter, Esther Lynch of Williamsfield; two brothers, Joe Rappach of Vienna, OH, and Robert Rappach of Columbus, OH; one sister, Shirley Rappach of Euclid, OH; ten grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. at the Pymatuning Community Church, 6459 St. Rt. 7, Andover, OH, with Pastor Steven Mickels officiating.
